Or in this case a saddle. Yep a saddle. 

This is the original which was taken at a clearing sale on my iPhone 5s. I loved the contrast of textures between the stirrup leathers and saddle flap and the pattern in the design. 

I edited it using iColorama App with a sketch style and tunnel form presets.

My love is like a rose divided into two,

The leaves I give to others,

But the rose I give to you.

I love the beauty and romance of roses.

This pretty design is part of my ‘Hues of a rose’ collection.  The rose is avalaible in 9 colours with the red rose being the original.

I have begun creating a range of striped roses to compliment the originals and they are available on a variety of products including duvet covers, wearable art, throw pillows, totes, device covers, art prints, totes, gift cards and more.

This beautiful quote by Henri Matisse was the inspiration for a recent Name Art commission for a friends daughter and it worked perfectly with my image of this pretty dahlia flower.

I wanted to create something soft and dreamy for a young girl who is full of wonder, discovering the world and the beauty around her.

My friend wanted a pretty studio pouch for her daughter to put her hand sanitisers and lip balms in, in her school bag.  Something that didn’t look like a cosmetic purse.  My studio pouches are perfect for this.  They come in two great sizes (small 23cm x 15cm and large 30.5cm x 20.5cm) and great for keeping pencils in, art supplies, cosmetics, camera accessories and anything you please. Daisy Chains for Isabelle

Well, maybe a Gerbera Chain.  But this was the inspiration when a friend asked me to create a digital artwork for her daughter Isabelle.  I wanted to create something that suited her vibrant, young personality.

My initial idea was to use lettering from Picmonkey as the centres of the flowers which are overlayed like a ‘Daisy Chain’.    

Then I added a little bit of “inspiration” and created a second version with the quote ‘Live, Laugh, Love”  and some cute love hearts from Picmonkey.

Now, I was pretty happy with these two, but of course, we are not always satisfied are we?  So, I created another two versions for Isabelle (Isabelle  and Isabelle  Live  Laugh Love) with a slight variation to the typography.
